Dusk Recordings, the imprint formed by Lance Jordan, has been gaining steam in the house music world with tracks licensed to top compilations including Global Underground No. 31. “Sun Is Rising” gets highly placed on Dubfire's Live @ Taipei release and the track is featured as side A1 on the vinyl release. Jordan was also hired by electronic music superstar Nadia Ali (of iio) to exclusively produce the music for her 2006-2007 world tour. He co-produced Something To Lose with Creamer & K featuring Nadia Ali & Rosko on Ultra Records

Jordan's work is well supported by the industry's finest including the likes of John Digweed, Sasha, Deep Dish, Danny Tenaglia, Sander Kleinenberg, David Waxman, and Hector Romero. Lance is also well know for his collaborations with John Creamer & Stephane K and his work with NY LOVE.

With an extensive musical background in song writing, composition and musicianship as well as production, Jordan has a knack for finding and developing emerging artists and vocalist. His recent remix of Grammy Nominee Madelin Zero's "Gotta Know" has been topping DJ charts around the world. With many years of professional music industry experience, and international charted tracks under his belt, Lance Jordan's productions and DJ sets are amassing world wide appeal. His original tracks are distributed globally and have been licensed to labels and compilations in The US, Spain, Portugal and Greece. Rosko's "Love is a Drug" co-written and co-produced by Jordan hit No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard Club Chart. "Last Night I Was Dreaming" a world-wide anthem, reached No.2 Dance Chart spot on European radio. In 2004 the acclaimed production team Creamer & K launched NY LOVE Records with Jordan after a series of highly successful collaborations. Jordan's DJ sets have expanded his audience in many of dance music's most notorious venues including New York's Crobar, Avalon, Discotheque and have taken him to South America and Europe. He is currently working on a full-length artist album including tracks with Jordan's own vocals. His work continues to get strong support from the global DJ community including John Digweed, Danny Tenaglia, Sander Kleinenberg, Hernan Cattaneo, Randall Jones, Deep Dish, Hector Romero & Satoshi Tomiie.

The native New Yorker's professional music career began at age sixteen with live performances at The Rising Sun. He later fronted original bands as guitarist and vocalist playing at New York's, CBGB's, The Bitter End and Bond Street. Early influences range from rock and disco to house music and early techno of the late 80s through 90s and the New York club sounds of the Limelight, The Tunnel, The Palladium, Frying Pan and Save the Robots would have a lasting impact in the development of his production and DJ style.

In 1996 Jordan started producing professionally with independent releases on the Blue Nova imprint. He lived in Germany from 1999-2000 producing the full-length release Dark Sky under the Electronic Soul moniker. The CD received great acclaim and spawned his professional DJ career with sold out dates in Hamburg and Cologne Germany. Upon returning to New York, Jordan would launch his recording studio producing for labels including DreamWorks, Arista, Webster Hall and VP Records. Today Jordan continues to refine his craft with a passion for creating music that moves the body and soul through rhythm, mood, melody and groove. His sound is fast becoming a defining element in the global DJ market.
